Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Wanted – Albuquerque

We’re hiring! The Greater New Mexico Area Agency is looking for a part time office manager/Administrative Assistant for our Albuquerque location. Duties include supervising the office during office hours, administrative work including assistance with policy service, answering phones and emails, routing service requests to the appropriate field agent, light janitorial or cleaning, organizing agency supplies, preparing the office environment for agent meetings, appointment scheduling and any other duties that might come up.

This is a contract position (1099), expected to be initially a part time (24-28 hours a week) position but hours and pay are negotiable based on experience additional duties accepted such as scheduling for individual agents.  

Requirements: 18 years of age or older, can pass a background check, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, able to use a laptop computer, ability to use or learn Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams, can learn using remote software, ability to use or learn scanning and printer hardware, a great attitude and a great phone voice with effective communication skills. Preference will be given to an applicant who is bilingual (English/Spanish) but Spanish speaking not necessary.
